[Update] Joomla's Image Tool
Joom's Image Tool 1.1 (AKA ImageShack Uploader)

This is just a release with some small updates.

Changes

    * Added a screen capture tool.
    * Made the URL boxes read-only.
    * New icon.

It just uses the free service. Open the EXE with WinRAR or 7zip and you'll find the IS API DLL packed.

Method: Not much really. It gives you like decimals of USD. If you post your link in enough places and it gets popular, you should be in the money.
