Took adderall to work on some hw due tomorrow.

and now it has induced a mild high on me....

the last time i was high was ~4 years ago....

and now i have been distracted by EP

it was kind of my fault. ive been taking focalin (an adhd medication) to help with my homework on occasion. it really worked great. made me focused on my homework, and id always get good grades. but wee couldnt get any focalin. so wee decided, "oh, lets get adderall, its still an adhd medication, itll do the same thing". unfortunately its not.

instead of super productive, were all just really happy and have too much action, now eisen is on EP, and hyper focused on that, while im super active messing with songbird. the definition of a fail? i think not, its just a (welcome) unexpected outcome. Madwin

Adderall has it's up and downs.  Same with any ADHD meds.  Adderall, releases in your body all at once unlike focalin/ritalin (unless its a 30mg or 15mg XR capsule with the little beads/balls, theses are time released. but the beads can be broken and ruins the time release) and can and will make you feel jittery, loss of apatite  wide awake, dry mouth, increase in heartbeat, bite down and grind your teeth and can be easily abused as many of my friends (and I sometimes to) take adderall and other amphetamine/Lis/dexamfetamine can be used to stay up all night/drink all night/just to speed.  I have ALOT of friends who take adderall before class or work and are able to enjoy work/class and get spoon done because amphetamine makes you speed much like coke or meth and releases dopamine (the happy/feel good chemical in your brain)

my beef with amphetamine is that it is highly addictive and alot of my friends have problems with it (is it a problem when your looking for it everyday?) and if abused will lead to depression (if you have the drug or not)

Look at it this way.  if anyone here has done coke before they will know that your only going to speed as hard as you will off your first line....  same deal with adderall and similar drugs,  you'll take more looking for that same high, so you take more and your not at satisfied as you were with that 1st one.  and makes you. sad.   and make you use more..   in no way am i saying EPeople have/will have problems with amphetamine.  im just saying,  the drug has it's pros and cons and i have watched some of my friends ruin there life's over it.

oh. and i also disagree with anyone under the age of 16 taking this med.  The people and doctors who give this drug to kids are fudgeing retarded!  The people who give this drug to kids are the same people that have never used it themselves, and only know what it does/ how it make you feel based on what they read.  I say to them  "You take this drug, then you tell me if you think an 8 year old kid should be on this"

wee had the time released ones, and trade didnt know that.

Wee had taken two, and he decided to take another one....

then suddenly wee both woke up. It was pretty fun.
