Wave help.
OK, So I found a wave that I'm using.. It looks like this
[Image: 4xvhk6h.jpg]
Now I want to recolor it to orange to match my XMB..
I do the usual, and extract the .tga and recolor in photoshop..
However.. when I extract it, I get the stock wave .tga, and It doesn't work.

So i recolored it in RCO Editor, everything goes well..

That is the outcome..

What I wanted to do shortly after is combine the 2 .tga files from this wave and the above wave
[Image: screen49.jpg]

I don't know how to do this, Since I can't extract the .tga from the 1st wave and put the 2 together in photoshop.

Anyone help me out?

RE: Wave help.
i assume you want the "strange" wave and the "good" wave to show up at the same time?

if so than its not possible.
the first wave has the default tga wave texture. its from the time where people only randomly messed around with the morphing curve of the wave.
even if you merge these two tga's it will still totally look messed up because of the messed up morphing curve ;o

i kinda guess its my fault that everyone thinks they have to use deflates+tgawavecs ;p
you can just use Z33 rcotool and can change the wave texture directly without touching the morph curve :>
but if you still want the deflate just drop a link to the wave.

RE: Wave help.
are you just trying to combine the 2 picutes or are you tryng to combine the waves? because if your trying to combine the waves then your wasting your time. if however you want to combine the 2 pictures, like say overlaying both on each other, then that is not hard to do.

*EDIT* ok the tga from the file you attached is the default one - even the same color.

Always remember - Google is your friend :)
