Now I can repack the ctf without issue. This is quite weird that the original ctf doesn't crash too:

The first rco is from your attachment, the second is from the original ctf. Using ctftool gui 3.7 I am able to put the attached rco's in, pack a ctf, then unpack it and the checksum is still 17099426a61cf8f948a39d2f5a661ce2 as it should be. If you want, I can attach the ctf (no changes were made except to put the backup rco in).

I'm encountering this issue with someone else's ctf too (any unpack » repack = keyboard freeze) so I imagine you and he used a bad ctftool version?
