Well actually I'm not the one having this problem. my friend just ask me if i could help her report to EP. that he is experiencing a hard time connecting to EP.. i dunno what's wrong but he suspected that her ip might be blocked on EP.. well im not sure about that.. here is her username "xehanorth"

He complains to me that he is missing the psp scene here at EP.. Knock-knock

Gah, I might have done something stupid with IP blocks. Sorry about that - see if it works now.

sir my friend said that still can't connect and it shows request time out...

Strange strange. I made some more changes - can you get him to please try again?

If it still doesn't work, can you please ask him to go Start » Run » cmd and type the following command:

and post/PM the output. And if you could supply his IP address (you can find out what your IP is here) as well?
