Edit: use schilk system plugin fg as an example it called "bg1" can you somehow import that to my sytem plugin_fg? thanks

You can try this out. It will stay there for most of the time.

@Zinga Burga: images in "system_plugin_bg" will appear behind wallpapers, so if you apply a wallpaper they will disappear. If you have images in "system_plugin_fg" then they will appear even if you apply a wallpaper. I've just tried it out.
