I'd have expected Adobe to at least use an EXE packer/crypter to deter static analysis.

It's interesting that a lot of programs these days still don't use irreversable key checking algorithms - it's really not that difficult to do actually.

By the way, if you're good at reversing algorithms, I have some decompiled compression code which I'm having some difficulty in figuring out.  Main idea is to write a decompressor - would you be able to help figure it out?

It's the RLZ compressor I've been having fun with for a while.  It's in the original Theme Converter: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...p?tid=4297

To save you time finding it, the compression function is located at 0x406070.
