You don't right click on the BIN and select "scramble". You select the PRX instead. Make sure you're using the scramble/descramble commands on PRXs only. If it still isn't working, make sure the BIN is the same name as the PRX.

I'll probably make it a bit more clear in the next version by removing the command from non-PRXs.

This is hand downs the buggiest fudgeen app ive ever tried for the PSP. EVerytime I re-use it its a new problem again and again.
