Trouble with dreams...
I've been having some strange dreams recently. Some of them kinda make sense, others have completely bamboozled me, some are too personal for even me to talk to myself about...
Here are a few of the strangest so far:
1. I'm in work helping someone get something off a shelf in the store room (a box of chocolate bars I think) when I see another box start to fall. I reach out to catch it before it slides off the shelf but I'm too far away. So I do a leap-of-faith kinda thing to catch it but it doesn't fall and I end up on the floor in pain. Then I woke up.
2. I'm in the car driving along a country road. There's a shallow, pebbly river running alongside the road. In the distance there's a huge industrial looking building (like an oil refinery or a steelworks. It had large metal structures rising up into the air) and wee're driving towards it. Wee're driving for hours but it never seems to get closer. That's it.
3. I'm on a train. The railway is going along the top of a sea cliff with the sea a few hundred feet below. The train derails and falls off the top of the cliff into the sea. The train floats for a few seconds and then starts to sink. I can feel myself drowning and wake up taking a huge breath...
4. I'm on holiday with friends in a tropical kind of place. The hotel wee're staying at is in the middle of the jungle with balconies outside each room made of bamboo. I'm playing a game of cards with my friends. I lose the round and as some kind of sick punishment I have to tightrope walk along the balcony railing. It snaps and I fall. I can see everything going dark and cold. Then I wake up.
There's a fifth dream that's really affected me but I don't really want to talk about that one as it's very personal to me. When I think about this one it puts me on edge and I feel cold. It's not unpleasent, it's like an adrenaline rush.
Normally I don't dream or, at least, I can't remember dreaming. But recently the dream's I've been having are very vivid and I can really feel like I'm there... I'm not looking for help but I know there are a few people here who know a bit about this kind of thing. Can anyone see any meaning in them?

RE: Trouble with dreams...
Lol , cut off the medicines. These are just dreams ,
no meaning inside you brain is bored at night.
well enjoy those lil movies you see at night without a tv. and they are short , real short.
i don't remember well but scientists says dreams are not longer than 45 sec , and this is much.

RE: Trouble with dreams...
you are having sleep paralysis.
possible causes:
* Sleeping in a face upwards or supine position
* Irregular sleeping schedules; naps, sleeping in, sleep deprivation
* Increased stress
* Sudden environmental/lifestyle changes
* A lucid dream that immediately precedes the episode.
from wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
nothing.

RE: Trouble with dreams...
Well some dreams just makes no sense. But, when you do have dreams, you should try training your brain to pick them up so you can lucid dream. - Which will make the dream not weird no more. :P
