Macro troubles...
I'm trying to make some macros in Microsoft Excel 2003 that change the computer's theme/appearence to High Contrast mode and turn on the Text-To-Speech options. They're for a piece of IT coursework in which wee have to include accesibility options.

I've done a fair bit of googling but can't find much. Is it even possible to doi these things with a macro? Any ideas?

RE: Macro troubles...
Never done it before, but I guess there's a Win32 API to do it.  Searching, I get this:
http://www.brainbell.com/tutors/Visual_B...Info_I.htm
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/vb/SpokenWord_1_0.aspx

Are you sure this is what you need?  Changing system themes etc from Excel seems excessive - perhaps you've possibly interpreted things incorrectly?

RE: Macro troubles...
I have never used macros. The only time I had to deal with them was to turn them off, when exporting an excel file from Office to Open office.
