I'm trying to make some macros in Microsoft Excel 2003 that change the computer's theme/appearence to High Contrast mode and turn on the Text-To-Speech options. They're for a piece of IT coursework in which wee have to include accesibility options.


I've done a fair bit of googling but can't find much. Is it even possible to doi these things with a macro? Any ideas?

I have never used macros. The only time I had to deal with them was to turn them off, when exporting an excel file from Office to Open office.
