Street Fighter for 4.01

I figured I would convert this theme also since it was pretty much the same as the Mortal Kombat theme

theme was originally made by Mr.Shizzy for 3.90

Changes
custom battery icon
gameboot
a couple new click sounds
moved time & date
CTF Download site
4.05 visualizers
added osk background image
background wave & boot wave
*If you use the background wave the wallpaper will overlap the gameboot, I tried to fix it but couldn't*

I love it.
i have been bust moving several towns over from where I used to live.

Just got Internet back again.
It's great that people still remember my old themes.   :)

I'm also in the final steps of updating my Ultimate Mario Paper Edition theme   :D

I thought the Mortal Kombat & Street Fighter themes deserved to be updated,
