Read the comic. At first it will use more but in the long run in is no memory hog and won't use up much ram. Each tab is it's own process! so each tab uses one amount of ram instead of it all being bundled up in one like FF and IE/

This is what I understand.

Made a mirror for the full installer if you want it: http://endlessparadigm.com/upload/chrome_installer.exe

Need to get home to test it, though had a quick look - looks interesting...

I downloaded the full installer, as well as the installer from Google (474KB). What's the difference aside from the file size (full installer is 7.74MB)?Flatterd

Edit: Now, I understand what you mean by "ghey web Installer". I wish I just used the full installer. Hahaha

That's probably a web installer, it will connect to the web and download the rest of what it needs.

RE: Google Chrome Beta
this "OmniBar" is pretty nifty! For those who don't know, its an all in one bar which acts like the location bar, the search bar etc...

IT DESPERATELY NEEDS A PLUGIN LIKE AD-BLOCK!!!!

will check if it adblock works!

Yeah wee just need plug-ins now. But then again I never really used plug-ins on FF either.

RE: Google Chrome Beta
LOL!! The videos explaining the browser @ tools.google.com/chrome are not google video, but youtube!!

this is with three tabs and a game running. memory consumption is one concern.
