Does anyone know of any program that searches a specified folder and subfolders for MP3 tracks, that arent exactly the same in size or bitrate but still are the same track (same artist, track name), that actually works?

Most people won't have a use for this, so I kinda doubt it...
It's possible to find exact dupes, otherwise, your best bet (based on ID3 tags) is to generate a playlist, and sort by some ID3 tag - you'll be able to identify the dupes then.

Ge64, ultimately you could use iTunes. just put all of your songs into the iTunes Library (which will automatically create a playlist), then goto View>Show Duplicates
