It's a simple tool for Windows XP/Vista that allows you to edit CF 3.90/3.95 Recovery Men˘ and VSHMen˘ colorous!

Does anybody else have the problem of not being able to scroll up only down in recovery menu after using a decrypted recovery.prx from this tool???
