Ye. Theres a few more differnces though.

i remember me my brother and all our cousins n stuff'played pkmn like hell when wee saw each other

Heh i don't see how an emu for ds can be slow on a modern pc.... Like n64 on psp is a different story and even that is nearly fluent now

this is due to the fact that DS emu on PC is still pretty young...... it would get better in a few yrs time..
