A maxconsole member came up with a great mod for his wii, a fan.
The user said that he was in fear of over heating his wii when he plays it for long period of time so he decided to do something about it :yes:

and he says that it works very well!

the sleek, minimalistic nintendo wii, and what did he do? he put a FUGLY standard fan on top!! and he didnt even bother to cover it up or anything :( sad

You would never need that big of a fan. That wos a good idea but hi needs to tone it down a lot.
I would have gone with a littler fan and put a wight plate over it.

i wouldve dared the wii to overheat and if it did (which it won't) just bring it back to nintendo
