Apparently ASUS and MSI have been caught red handed using the same photograph to peddle their wares. The best part of all is that neither shot is original -- they both swiped a stock photo featuring our friend Orange here with a good ol' MacBook. Don't worry though, wee're sure he installed Linux on it first thing. Original pic is after the break.

Also look under the left forearm of the kid in both pictures (mostly the second) it is obviously photoshopped.

They actually didn't do that bad a job of photoshopping parts, but their logic is uber fails.
The childs arm wouldn't be up like that unless it were resting upon something, and the
bottom edge of the comp curves upward. And that text is far too obvious. And holy poo poo Asus
whored him. What a terrible use of the brightness/contrast layers and curves layers......

I dunno, It's a bit ironic that he had a Macbook lol. Anyway, this sorta annoys me, because if a company is that big, they can afford to hire a photographer to do some ad shots. It wouldn't cost that much.
