both pieces were made with hand strokes rather than with a mouse
i have a touch screen and diego has a tablet

A pupil set in the very middle of the iris will empower the full attention of the eye.

I see what you were drawing Diego, but try to center the pupil and draw the rest of the eye around it rather than drawing the eye socket and positioning the pupil in it.

Do I make sense?

Yeah but I was just practicing my freehand (which I suck at) and I will take that advice.
