i was thinking that whatever makes you a senior member should be raised ie post counts or rep

seeing as how any random noob could just sPa/\/\ like crazy
and then reep the benefits of the actually senior members and mods

no, then lots of ppl need to give him negative until he drops below 2 rep
and its pretty easy to make someone a mod, just vote +2 or +3

i think rep=3 and posts=100 is ok for mod, rep=1 and posts=25 is senior member

I think the Mod status should be locked to everyone now.

You never know what kind of person some random poster can be.

Eventually Mod status will need to be locked. You can't just have any random person become a Mod.
