Poll: Do you have the Dynamic Normalizer turned on?
I like to have the Dynamic Normalizer ON
I keep it OFF
I don't really care - can't hear much of a difference
I have no idea what it does

For Music -> Dynamic Normalizer On/Off?
If you listen to music on your PSP (or really any other device with the above feature) do you have the Dynamic Normalizer turned on or off?

I don't use my PSP for music so it's always switched off but I guess it does have a use,

Taken from the PSP online manual

Dynamic Normalizer

Play audio with the volume automatically adjusted to the same level when music tracks or audio with different volume levels are played.

Off

Play audio without automatically adjusting the volume level.
On

Play audio with the volume level adjusted.

You will only notice if you try switching between 2 tracks that have a very noticeable volume difference,

The volume level change between tracks is balanced out,
