Why has this option now started appearing in my "settings" ...Ive not got anything connected ??

that's for slim users like myself

its for activating tv output on the slim when a cable is connected
its always there

by the way that was a stupid question

well it actually is because you never said you had a fat psp n the first post so the conclusion is that your using a slim

well from the sounds of it youve messed with vshmain.prx or a custom theme has caused the issue

I wouldnt of said "started appearing" if I had a slim because its always there!

Anyway thanks it must be my vshmain then..

Use my editor for remove this Icon in XMB :) !
It's in VSHMain !

don't go around moaning because you didnt supply the nescassary information. Its a valid assumption that if connected Display icon is appearing, its a slim...
