Changes:

- Fixed scePowerGetClockFrequency/scePowerGetClockFrequencyInt in nids resolver.
- PSX eboot.pbp with 80x80 icons will not have Dracula icon anymore.
PSP 1.5 got on USA first day is was 1.5 till  Xmas 2006 now 4.01 M33 » 5.00 M33-6(with the 1.50 addon)
It a good idea to have "Hide extensions  for known file types" in Folder Options(under Tool) unchecked (turn on extensions)

Get the pandora maker for 3.xx kernel , i think hellcat did it , and its i think third revision...

EDIT - hmm comes up with an error and doesn't convert the battery. not much ill have to wait for 1.5 kernal. thanks anyway.

don't worry about it. the thought is what counts lol
anyway i think ill be going back to 3.71 - radio player is now crashing the psp, and it was my only main reason for updating. ill wait until the problems are ironed out i think.
