well i watch alot of history and i study the stars and planets and such and well i seen something rather intresting ( and im really bored lol )... anyhow i shall explain....
time travel to the future is possible and wee have already done it.... clocks move slower at the speed of light then they do sitting still... its a fact of nature... a clock just sitting in space goes faster then our clock here on earth.. no i don't mean adjust the clock so it moves faster that's cheating...   therefore if you go into space and sit there, time will move faster for you and your clock will be ahead of its counterpart on earth and you will effectivly be in the future as you will get to points in time faster then earth does....
so does this mean i can go and change the future or past?
no that will never be possible... backwards time travel doesn't work like that and you can never go back and change the past... the grandfather paradox (as seen in back to the future) is impossible... you cannot go back and prevent yourself from being born... you cannot even witness to past..  physics won't allow it... beside if you went back and did that and you were never born then who went back and changed the past?  hmm....  as far as changing  the future... is not happened for you yet and by changing it, you eliminate the other future and create a whole new one.. besides you can change the future by acting today so its not needed...
so what are you saying?
not much acctually lol.. im stating the generally accepted theories by science today... wee know about the clocks moving slower at the speed of light.. its a fact that cannot be changed
but can you call that time travel?  yes it IS time travel... if you think its not the you watch too many movies...   real science is way more intersting then any movie and physics being the best part..
ok im done lol that's alot to write from memory..  and i didnt even talk about worm hole time travel and that's completely different.. ill write about it later

or maybe ill explain how gravity works lol..  ive always loved this kinda stuff...  i want a giant telescope for christmas.... thanks for the +rep shady

I'm more interesting in quantum entanglement, as that means wee can transmit data faster than the speed of light.

^^ ahh yes quantum mechanics...  yes and no about that... wee will have to develop a new technology, a new way of keeping data, to be able to do it faster than light.. wee use bits and bytes which no matter what is limited to light speed... wee will have to develop and switch to qubits (or quantum bits) to be able to use faster then light speed..  its still in its infancy though and may take 10-20+ years to develop..
