Acronis Disk director is not wokring with vista
as some of you may know my partition was fudgeed so i had to try and fix it to dual boot mac os x but but instead it all fudgeed up and ended in my reinstalling vista.

now that its all reinstalled i was wandering how do i check if my partition tablre is still fudgeed or if the reinstall is aite cause then i can make my mac os x partition

---------------------------FIXED-----------------------------------------

NEW PROBLEM

i want to make a partiton for my mac osx now but i jus found out acronis doesn't play nice with sp1 i don't want to unistall sp1 because my media center remote is gay and only works properly with sp1. so is there a solution? maybe another program?

It your partition table is stuffed, you won't be able to boot into ANYTHING.

If you're paranoid, do a low level format.

If you don't know how, assume it's not stuffed.

You can try Testdisk. It's included with the excellent Parted Magic.

http://partedmagic.com/downloads.html

Just don't make any changes to Vista, since that implementation of NTFS is not well supported yet. You can resize, copy, move or anything else to XP partitions, but leave the Vista ones alone if you still need them, for now. ;)
