Try and use normal rcoedit to add all icon's,. including glow,.. extract all to a folder,.
Use rcoedithack to replace all from folder,..

that's what i was doing cause im upgrading an rco from an older firmware BUT i figured out why it crashed everytime and i fixed it.. i went and changed all the icons and glow to 64X64 which is what was making it crash... so i replaced all and didnt change any of the icon dimentions and it works fine now lol

I think I screwed up the hacked version - I forgot to disable compression when changing visible dimensions.  After changing visible dim. just extract and replace.

I should really release a better version :S

i would be really grateful if you fixed that... it caused a semi brick everytime and took me an hour to figure out why so i had to edit the ones i couldnt change the dim. for.. was a big pain lol.. i wish i knew how to do that kinda stuff.. make programs and stuff.. im learning
