lol same here, i still keep my gta lcs in my umd drive ever since i downgraded and it never been taken out.

Same here! LOL! Never took it out after either...

I always wonder when the UMD drive will die on me.

I just read that the 1.5 the PSP gets restored to isn't the whole 1.5, just a subset meaning that some homebrew apps won't work, but will everything work fine after you upgrade to custom firmware?

yes that is true, and p00p from -hacks tested this and he fixed it by upgrading to 2.0 then downgrading using MPH.

but if you go straight from Pandora's 1.5 to 3.52 M33 will it still be okay?

Asumming you can, it will work fine, its a full install

yes, M33 creates its own 1.5 subset, it doesn't rely on the currently installed 1.5
