The PSP Hold Button
FCUK its bad. Ive always found it the most stupid of all stupid things in the stupidness of the PSP design, but now I really HATE it. I now use my PSP for listening to music daily, and either it skips back a song with every step because of the STUPID association of the shoulder buttons with next/back, or everytime I want to check out the name of the song that's playing or change something or WHATEVER and I unset the hold button it GOES OFF. CRAPPP I need to know who is responsible for the design of the hold button at sony, I will go there and personally fire the guy. Spoon its so baddd....

RE: The PSP Hold Button
I agree.

The position of the PSP hold button sucks.
Lets burn the designer in effigy.

I need to buy a new PSP remote as well!

RE: The PSP Hold Button
Yeah, I def hear you guys on this one. Whether its listening to music or just normal gameplay. I hate getting a game vs. a friend online & because of the hold button's "dumb" location. I end up pressing up & going into standby therefore losing my connection because of the slight rub of the palm. Grrrrrr.....

RE: The PSP Hold Button
Dunno - I've actually never had any troubles with it - I guess I'm used to it, cause I use hold a lot...

Though I agree that it could've been better designed.

RE: The PSP Hold Button
i hate the design, but i got a easy fix if you want to kill it for ever.
replace the switch with a slightly longer one so it can't go on hold :D
then find a PRX to enable hold whenever you want

also this is my sPa/\/\

RE: The PSP Hold Button
I agree. Ive accidentally switched off my psp a bunch of times, usually doesn't hurt my progress, just a little inconvenient. But yeah, they need to work out a new system with the hold button and music
