Use 7z as compressor, but gzip as compressed format.

RE: PRX compressor for FW3.5x M33
Is it possible to uncompress vshmain.prx using prxdecrypter. Because there is this new mac theme out that uses this compression method and I am wanting to edit some of the colors used in the xmb, because the theme colors is messing up the music player visualizations.
Also awesome job s_king on your app, it works flawlessly with my mac tiger theme im working on :P
*edit*
Also the vishmain.prx I am trying to edit is the one from the new applecore theme on evolve xmb. Its a well rounded theme but I need to do some tweaking to the theme colors so that the visualizations in the music player will appear correctly "Im talking about the lighting and block visualization's". any help is appreciated :P

i do it by hex editing, i just select offset 0x150 to the end of the file, then i copy it (ctrl+c) and then in the hex editor go to File>New and i paste (ctrl+v). then you save it as whatever.gz and then you extract it with winrar :)

RE: PRX compressor for FW3.5x M33
The new PRX recompressor v0.4 will be out today, it will have the ability to decompress files. I have to do a number of tests with various prx files to be sure the module type identification is perfect, after that I will release it. So, if you don't want to hex edit, please wait... ;)

O_o, 7-zip's deflate is better than zlib's - wow. I didn't know that. Could be that I'm using an older version, but I'm too lazy to check and stuff.
I thought you only meant 13 bytes s_king, not several KB.
