Well it's not that simple for me as it's more of a graphics card issue, even with the GL off it just black screens. I have tried the Windows and Linux side and it presents the same issue.

I saw that earlier but I'd still rather wait until an official one comes out. Honestly I don't mind waiting for it.

I'm finally getting around to making a station towards skycabin. although enderman are breaking them.

great way to run without losing food is to sprint and jump like hell.

while making maps in the new world is impossible

You don't think I want to try out the new stuff? I do, believe me but it's always safer to let the creators come out with a fix. Not to mention I still am playing under 1.7.3 at the moment on single-player so I'm not missing out completely. Besides, patience is a virtue as they say.
