Dustmania Grotesque (this is the only translated one), 3M, Shitai o Arau.  Gore Screaming Show (by far the most well known gore eroge) doesn't actually have all that much gore supposedly, Extravaganza is worse, and the other stuff up there is even more so.

Maybe a bit of both actually. I didn't realize I actually would find it sastifying myself when I did find out I did indeed enjoy it somehow.

Kusoge? Not that I really count VNs as games though. However I hear the term kuso can apply to movies and TV shows. Terminology aside, the bad ratings already have gotten me more interested.
