You probably have one of these incomplete partial patches then.  Full patch here if you want it.  http://radicalr.pestermom.com/vn.html

Probably not worth it imo.  According to Zinga, the story is like almost exactly the same as the anime, so you'll know everything that's going to happen already.  And without the story, you're pretty much left with 11yo graphics and music.

If you're going to play Kanon, you may as well play Clannad, which is quite similar.  You haven't seen the anime, so you don't get 100% spoiled story.  But Clannad is like pretty LONG, and the anime doesn't suck, so it's still debatable if it's worth it or not over the anime.  So you may as well play Sharin no Kuni Kira Kira suits you better.

Fan translation for Mirai no Kimi to, Subete no Uta ni is complete now.  You can get the patch here.

A short all ages fan made VN about life with Miku or something, Hearty will probably be interested in this.  I have no idea if it's any good (I didn't even know this existed until today), so don't ask.

@ ProperBritish:  Lol, dunno.

Canvas 2 fan translation released sometime yesterday.  Expect some typical slice of life romance type of moege stuff... err... probably.  There's also an anime for this.

You can get the patch and stuff here - http://forums.novelnews.net/showthread.php?p=67489

vndb Wrote:The series focuses on the lives of some students and teachers at Nadesico Academy both at school and their private lives. The main character of the series is Kamikura Hiroki, who lives with his younger cousin Elis. Hiroki is training to become a full-fledged art teacher while also trying to take care of Elis. When his childhood friend Kiri starts working at the school, drama begins to flare as he has to juggle his work, private life, and the feelings of these two important girls.

Ratings and stuff (Canvas 2 DVD Edition)...
EGS median - 75
EGS mean - 72.61

Do note that EGS ratings are not like MyAnimeList ratings where everyone rates everything 9's and 10's, and anything that's not complete dogshit can easily get an average rating higher than 7 (correction: even stuff that are complete dogshit get higher than 7 on MAL).  So yeah 75, 72.61 on EGS isn't completely horrible like you think, but obviously, it's not great either.

Remember11 at RC3, and probably coming in a few days.

Ok, make that 1/2 a day.

Patch on TLWiki page... here.

Also, this is all ages, so absolutely no ero scenes, so you'll do just fine... even with your little sister right next to you.

vndb Wrote:Fuyukawa Kokoro, a third-year sociology major, boards a plane bound for Hokkaido to meet a research subject in the Specified Psychiatric Hospital for Isolation and Aegis, or SPHIA. For unknown reasons, her plane crashes in the mountains in the middle of a snowstorm. Of the 31 passengers, only she, Yuni Kusuda, Seiji Yomogi, and Lin Mayuzumi survive unharmed. Unable to establish communication with the outside world due to the fierce snowstorm, the four decide to take shelter in an empty cabin and wait until the storm passes.

As if the trauma, freezing temperature and debilitating hunger weren't enough, the survivors must deal with something even more frustrating. A newspaper is found in the cottage dated July 4, 2011 - well off in the future. The paper claims that the survivors of the crash, save Yuni, will die in an avalanche in seven days.

Satoru Yukidoh, a graduate student in the field of quantum physics, falls from the SPHIA clock tower. He later awakens with some memory loss and the realization that someone is out to kill him. Unable to leave the SPHIA facility due to a snowstorm, Satoru's only chance at living is to find that person among the three other residents (or perhaps the hidden culprit) of SPHIA.

Both Kokoro and Satoru soon realize that, their "consciousnesses" are experiencing a kind of exchange, in which Kokoro's mind takes control of Satoru's body in SPHIA as Satoru's mind enters Kokoro's body in the mountain cabin.

However, a boy named Yuni Kusuda appears at both locations. How is this possible?

EGS ratings, median=80, mean=77.33.  Well, better than Canvas2 above, but still can't touch Ever17 (90, 88.38), the game that came after.

Actually, it's the girl who wanted the guy to play the game....

One way to figure out who's saying wha.... If the character's mouth is open, he/she's speaking, otherwise it's the other person.  This will get everything correct besides for 1 picture (the one that says "I want objective viewpoint", which is in fact said by the girl) edit: replaced with new image.
