Guess that's one more reason not to go back to the UK.
I don't see how they are going to implement it easily though.. all they'll be doing is banning themselves, the public to a point of internet disability.

That's the thing. It may just be what the UK needs to form a big enough resistance to this bill. The more people they disconnect from the internet (most likely innocent people, since they don't even need proof), the more people want a change to this bill.
It's not about stopping piracy. The "first uploaders" often use methods that make it hard to track them down, so this bill that goes after the common downloaders is not about that. It's about getting money. Industries that want money use settlements (for thousands of dollars each) against the people they accuse.
