Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Hey guys.

I know the PSP cfw scene is kinda dead, but I need to update my PSP. But I don't remember where to start. I've been without checking the news for 6 months or so. All I remember is that I'm on 5.50 GEN-D2, not sure if there is D2-1, D2-2 or all those updates. I want to update to the newest version, since I heard it has MS speedup.

There was a GEN-D3 and maybe (don't think so) there was a D4 otherwise that's as far as new CFW goes.

Nothing much has happened since that FW other than cracking newer games..

I'm still on 5.0x M33 haha

If you want to use GEN firmware, I suggest using 5.50 GEN-D3 FINAL
(and make sure it is indeed the FINAL release of that firmware - there was a couple buggy releases)

Unfortunately, there is no MS speed up option for GEN. (one of the reasons I went back to m33)
However, you can install fatMS mod on GEN for a decent speed up.

only if you have a 2000 running GEN
