Reinsch's Simple Black theme for 5.00/5.03/5.50.

I converted this to 5.00(5.03), added TV icon.  Wis
(and all language support)

Very nice conversion and add-ons!! Ahaa Tv icon fits in very well,.

I tried taking a screenshot but, IDK my screenshot pics look like MAJOR poo poo:
