Probably cost me like $3000 or something for a return trip to England, it's a 20+hr flight.  And then there's hotel fees.  No chance I'm paying $3000 just to meet up with people, no chance.

Should just have local meetups of people close by.  But I don't even see that happening for people here in Australia.

define closeby, because in the same region would mean just me and PB meet up, and to be honest i would just wait to see him at school, on the rare occasion he actually comes in, within a 100m radios and i could get to london XD

Close enough so that it's actually possible to happen (because there's no point talking about a meet up that is impossible to happen).  That would depend on how far away you would bother to travel.

Impossible in this case not meaning perfectly 0 chance of happening, rather meaning extremely unlikely to happen.  It's unreasonable to expect a whole lot of people are going to pay a few thousand in plane/hotel fees so wee could all meet up.

IF you're willing to travel all the way here, whatever.  But it'll probably be for a holiday rather than for the purpose of meeting me.  And that wouldn't be much of a group meet up, because it'll just be me and you (unless everyone happens to come here on holiday at exactly the same time, again, unlikely to happen).
