when I was selling PSPs on eBay, some rather annoying started happening...

Other Sellers were reporting my items to eBay ~ and the only sellers I could see would do it were ones selling loads of games in ISO form on 4GB Sticks - which is clearly illegal compared to my CFW PSPs...... so I hit back reporting them.

Nobody made any money. Hahaha

maybe ebay sellers don't usually like competition, so someone want to be monopolized a certain item, lol

meh, and if i remember, there is a seller in ebay for ps3, and it states that it sells the ps3 box, and started to bid around 1 million just for the box, lol

Yeah, probably different rules in different countries. Australia should have laws very similar to the US on these issues due to what's been happening lately...
On the other hand, some guy fought Sony to the High Court of Australia and actually won, ruling that it's legal to sell PS1 modchips in Australia. Not the case for PS2 I believe though. So in terms of legality, I'd say CFW is legal if no-one's complaining.

No I think he's amazing, being take a picture from a real hacked PSP and use the photo icon in the XMB on the unhackable PSP, or just editing the photo. He's a real amazing dude who can brag about doing something no one else can by lie.
