Meh, I don't think GEN is DAX anyway. But he left us when wee needed the most, when wee were attacked by the 555-feet tall G.I. Joes.

and if Dark_Alex wasn't around, wee never would have gotten any CFWs at all... so don't insult him. GEN owes all its firmware code to Dark_Alex's original work. Just because hes moving on doesn't mean hes not important anymore.

Hmmm, I'm not bashing him, I'm just blaming him for quitting in all of a sudden. Plus, to 5.00 (last M33) to 6.00, there's a sh*tload of things that are enough to make a new CFW.

Wee're talking about the guy who made 3.52 M33 after 3.51 M33, so... A jump from 5.00 to 6.00 wouldn't hurt.

Called it though - for a 'major' version up to 6... its yet another unimpressive update. Why bother.

I don't blame him it is kinda of a pointless update to get worked up about, im sure in good time Dark Alex will make a new firmware whether it has the same name or not. Im sure hes waiting until a good update comes by i mean the only changes from 5.00 to 6.00 where subfolder support, information board, bluetooth for the Go, some new colors, a search thing under the games menu, and a grouping system for the games now there is more but I is not doing research. Also there is increased security for the browser, but really where does that help anyone. Annnnd really the only ones hurting are the pirates, I mean you can still download stuff from the Media GO! with a version.txt change.
