I noticed in the programme it converts for a US/Japanese PSP. Will it work for a Australian/European PSP as well?

yes - just use the non japanese one because japanese is the only one that has extra icons.

Sorry for my n00bness,just one question will this work with 3.40 theme already converted,i want to use it to take out the blank file i use to remove shadows and glow.That way i can use full res background.

i am new with all this psp stuff i got a psp on 2.60 and upgraded it to 2.81 and then to 3.03 i need to get 340oe but i don't hav gta soz its not relavant 2 da software but i downloaded it so ill use it when i can and know how and all that

wrong section . 2.6 and upgraded it to 2.81 . lol
u can use the 2.6downgrader or upgrade to 2.7 and use the dwngrader
