Wee're currently trying to figure out the situation with NA S4, but as of now, it's best to remain calm if you're an EU S4 player that is from North America, but already have an account, you're fine. You will be able to play the EU S4 League. However, when NA S4 launches, new accounts can't be made. Relax, guys.
