   I am making my own psx/eboot for my psp but I am having trouble with the icons that have animation/mini movie clip preview, when I add it to the eboot I don't get the sound/at3 to play how can I make them both work together?

PSP 1.5 got on USA first day is was 1.5 till  Xmas 2006 now 4.01 M33 » 5.00 M33-6(with the 1.50 addon)
It a good idea to have "Hide extensions  for known file types" in Folder Options(under Tool) unchecked (turn on extensions)

    would you happen to know how I would encode both the pmf and audio files? ( I do not know how to ) or if you know of a tutorial that I could look at that would also be helpful.

when i edit pbps, i usually use pspbrew. it lets you edit everything that you see in the xmb. don't know if that helps.

     I looked at the vids provided and it turns out that the pmf and at3 files can not be more that 500kb combined, once again thank you very much for the help.
