PS: The router isn't actually made by Dynalink. Its a hacked BT Voyager that's been unlocked using firmware from a router that has identical innards...

Not sure if this will help, but try changing the port in this line:

Don't forget to restart Apache.  If that still doesn't work, open a command prompt and type:

PS: The router isn't actually made by Dynalink. Its a hacked BT Voyager that's been unlocked using firmware from a router that has identical innards...

doesn't seem to be an apache problem because it works fine within your network, my advice is you need to give your isp a call
(just don't say its for a server :p they don't like that, say its a game or something)

I can't understand why there's so much listening... It' a little worrying....

When I'm testing internally I use the IP of the server (192.168.1.12 Static not assigned by DHCP). For external access I use whatever IP is currently assigned to me (Still the same as yesterday, 88.107.48.91).

uTorrent port checker says the port isn't open. (?) Right then... Back to the router...

The uTorrent port checker thing says that port 1234 isn't forwarded but it says that port 51889 (the port I use for uTorrent) is. Meaning that somewhere else along the line (maybe the ISP) is blocking port 1234. Maybe if I try a different port...

Nope... I tried port 51888 (1 down from my uTorrent port) and that won't work either. All the firewalls are disabled (modem and computer), changed the port forwarding settings on the router and I've reconfigured Apache to work on 51888 but still nothing...

Did you restart your router after choosing to forward port 1234?  The uTorrent port checker just checks if it can connect to the port from your external IP, so if Apache wasn't running, it would fail.

Close uTorrent and get Apache to use the port.  See if it works.

And you can probably kill most of those services unless you need them.  The only one I have listening is lsass.exe on port 1026.
