Awesome.
I myself always stick with Hex Workshop, but this is great for those who refuse/can't hex.
Hopefully, this will bring more themes...
This is also great news, as I will not have to make a gui for this stuff now (somebody's got to...)

did you select a topmenu_plugin.rco file in the file browser?
can you open that file in rcoedit and have it not say that "it is a 2.50 file would you like to decompress it?"

wierd no more english button on the menu items
