tried theme really good actually I like how you included the extra bar in the main icons instead of a wallpaper. However change the wallpaper it kills your work. I would remove the tex_line though and font shadows cause they don't work out so well with black font. Also the Network Update icon has a small line at the left just increase the canvas for the png or fill up that line with a pencil tool in black in the alpha channel of the 32 bit bmp. Other than those small issues good job.

I actually really like this theme. Unlike other "themed" themes, this one is really nice looking. You kept it clean, and it overall looks really nice
