isn't that possible with USBHost? since the flash drive is a client itself, you don't need to run a client application like when you do it on a computer...

Well, wasn't there already a psp hard drive?  Hard drive and flash memory work differently, though.

A USB client can not talk to a USB client there needs to be a host,

One way to get extra storage is...

Use an ipod that is running linux,

This means you can run USBhostfs on the ipod that is running linux so it can then talk to the PSP,

Trying to plug in a USB flash drive in and expecting it to work just ain't gonna happen,

If you still think it can be done then I suggest you start reading up about USB,
