i have noooooooooo idea what it is or where it came from
double clicking doesn't do anything

made a shortcut for it to see where itll point but it doesn't go anywhere

any ideas how to remove this?

Well, if it doesn't go anywhere idk if it is anything. Just delete it. Try KillBox if you can't.

On second thought, Killbox might not be able to do it anyway. I know there's a way to get rid of these but I'm not sure since I haven't used Windows for more than a year, but search for *.cpl and you might encounter it.

Hid "del" or delete on the keyboard

if that doesn't work hit shift delete.
