If this was outside Random Insanity, then Biography would've been the answer, cause, as stated, it's about writing whereas the others is about art (didn't realize the letters difference...).

Dunno about one pencil, but with two, just take the photo with the pencils like you would with chopsticks.  How long you can hold it for depends on your skill.
