I'm about to start encoding my entire Futurama set using Xvid since there's a cartoon option.

Original, paid-for commercial DVD's. I LOVE that show. I'm still not sure if I want to see the possible new episodes on Comedy Central in 2008.

Ge64 Wrote:im considering burning naruto though. when you burn video, do you burn it as data or as video? so it will play in standard dvd players?

Depends on whether u want to be able to watch it on a dvd player, and what format ur video is in. I read previously that they are in Divx, in which case,

If ur purpose is storage, burn it as data.

If ur purpose is to be able to watch on a DVD player, then burn as video. Nero would try to convert it into DVD (mpeg2) format, which would enable u to watch on a DVD player.

If ur DVD player supports playback of DivX, then also burn it as data.

Assassinator Wrote:Actually, 3.5 years ago, when i didn't have the comp i have now, i was basically running on a 10gb HDD where about 8.5 of that gigabytes where used up by my dad and windows, and i didn't have a working cd/dvd burner, so my available free space was pretty much permanently on something like 50mb, and that was REAL PAIN.

bringing back memories lol

256 mb ram
6GB hardrive (only had about 4 gb free though)

Thought I'd share these with you. Just added my new external 500GB HDD a few days ago.
