It's always going to be hard to have a right time for players around the world.

I'm sure there'll be racing throughout the day along with the 4 hours full-on play so you can only try to participate I guess.

I'm starting to think it would make more sense call this a meetup and just get together at the most convenient times. 3pm BST being one of them.

Up to you man. Also was thinking, if wee are all using the HD expansion and have some HD PS3 players joining then someone can make a game on PS3 and make it so friends can only join, then on the vita end wee should be able to see the game in community or cross play and no randoms should be able to join?

Good idea but untested. If SkyDX participates (as I know he's a PS3 player) wee could test it.
