RE: Icon tutorial
boss i hope you are still watching your thread - i got all that but i want shadows - could you make a tut on that? also, why is it that glow is not possible with the main icons :( and another nooby question - rcoedit accepted my 130x130 icon fine but when i add a 151x151 stupid shadow (which i definitely did wrong) - the psp does not continue to boot (only up to showing the clock, batt, and busy with a dimmed wallpaper and waves) please help! thanks :)

u would have to fiddle about a bit. Adding the graphic would be easy but adding the page data would be tricky. To make a shadow, hmmm, don't really use shadows but try this:
Get your icon image that you want to have a shadow
Gaussian blur it about 2
then press ctrl+U and make it black
umm?

boss i am a noob - any possibility of a more detailed help on the shadow as the glow seems more complicated :)
i got my drop shadows and strokes to work on the original icon. for the orignal shadow, i just took my icon and blackened it all over - no boxes :)
EDIT: i have 128x96 icons st 256 colors in the indexed popup - still works :)
