there is a timelaps app that will help for self photos since you can set it to take a photo ever few seconds....you could also put the screen of the phone in the mirror and frame yourself, then look into the mirror rather than shoot a photo at the mirror.

I usually use a mirror but most cameras have a timer feature so that you can set it up how you want.

Just do what everyone else does; turn the camera around so the picture-taking end is pointing at you, then push the picture-taking button. Look at result, if not satisfactory, do it again. Repeat until fabulous.

Idk... I never really feel a need to do a full body shot... but if I need a to take a regular photo, I just aim it at myself and click. Weirdly enough, this is an ability my girlfriend has never been able to master, whereas I am quite a pro, if I do say so myself Hero
